It is available now from http://opensource.jdkoftinoff.com/project/wiki/jdksboost/Index. and allows for a greatly simplified build process, bug fixes, and compatibility from linux,mac os x,iphone,visual studio 2005 and 2008.
Lack of Transparency in Filter Lists Equals Failure

Bob Turner and I have always promoted Transparency of Filter Lists.
Transparency of a filter list means that it must be clear what specific sites are blocked or filtered.
Transparency means that filter lists can be verified by any third party to be correct and be verified to not contain sites that a blocked due to politically motivated reasons.
HTTP/1.1 Methods and HTTP Proxies

At first glance, when one is writing a HTTP proxy, you would look up a relevant HTTP/1.1 RFC to learn about the various protocol methods that exist, such as GET and POST.
The first RFC you would find is RFC-2616, which contains the following list which is defined in section 5.1.1
